Super Moons In August 2023

By Janet: Here is the most powerful sweep that comes forth with the two Super Full Moons In August. The first Super Moon is August 1st and the second is on the 30th of August 2023. The first appearing Super Moon is called a Sturgeon Moon. What does Sturgeon mean? According to the Etymology Dictionary, the old interpretation, it is traditionally known as the “Sturgeon Moon” because of the abundance of North America’s largest fish in the Great Lakes in August hundreds of years ago.

Peak time to see it is early as 4:30am. The Sturgeon Moon which appears on August 1st was named after the rare and expensive to buy fish. Found in the Great Lakes of America.

Blue Moon 11:30am AEST
Blue Moon refers to the rare occurrence when the 2 moons appear within a one month period. Not the Moon’s Color. The Super Moon appears bigger and is closer. These Super Moons are apparently going to be the closest, biggest and super bright this year.

August 30th is Blue Moon. Calendrical Blue Moon is when two Super Moons appear in the same month.

The Presence of Venus heralding Retrograde with the two Super Moons illuminating at either end of the August month. These two spiritual guardians shine their magnificence for all to see  and enjoy. Normally the Two Super Moons present the energy would be negative and Karmic. Venus brings the strength to overrule the negative Karmic forces. Venus causes the energy to totally flips the cosmic energy to the positive.

Collectively, the two August Super Moon’s illumination burns away the misconception of self, of Nature, misconceptions of the Universe and Heavens, deceptions, Karmic forces in your life, lies, and distortions on all levels.

Being showered by illuminated Perseids August 13th. Perseids are a prolific meteor shower, which has been caused by clouds of debris that are left in the wake of Comets. These little Rock’s or grains speed up at such a high speed creates friction and the air makes the Perseids burn up in the atmosphere thus a flash that moves across the night sky. It is associated with the Comet Swift Tuttle. The spectacular Shower is expected to reach as many meteors as 50 to 75 per hour.
