By Gertrude: Can we love one another like Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban, Is Love Enough?
In my experience, the answer is NO. What we are being asked to do is to love ourselves equally.
Is there a recipe for love success? Yes there is, although it’s not infallible. The most important ingredient is self worth. What are your boundaries and conditions so that you are creating karmic fairness in your life? What should you no longer tolerate? This is a time to cleanse the areas of our life, the situations or people who aren’t in our highest interests.
One of the most important ingredients is emotional intelligence. What we have learned and the experiences we have lived, putting them to wisdom. To change the things we can. Motivation is a key element that is also needed. When you are willing to work with a kindred spirit enthusiastically who is as equally invested in the relationship as we are.
Compatibility in the spiritual and soulful sense, feeling at ease in the presence of the person and they are with you. Feeling so comfortable you feel like you have spent a previous life with them. Having soulful DNA threads. Like a jigsaw piece you connect. Which also means the love actions are compatible, you are working as equals together.
We are not here to be perfect. Perfection is not achievable. We are to be our true selves. Soul Body Mind and Spirit. In a much more practical sense if love was then it would solve our problems. Love is always the elixir we need to heal. Forgiveness is our reward for having the strength to walk away from dreams, from people we love in order to give us our freedom.
The love we generally neglect is self-love. While compromise is always fluid in any relationship, this doesn’t mean we have to make sacrifices to those heartfelt dreams of our own or our own aspirations. In fact, in self love we support ourselves in what is in our best holistic interests.
We sacrifice things not boundaries or what are our fundamental best qualities. When we sacrifice time with our loved ones, our family, for work or all consuming interests. It doesn’t mean you spend less time at work. It means the time with them is deeper and more meaningful. Have the wisdom to know the difference between compromise and sacrifice.
Values are also a vital component when it comes to creating a harmonious connection. This goes beyond wanting the same things in the material sense. It’s more about having an essential agreement on the foundation around issues like loyalty in the relationship.
Then back to basics. We as human beings are complicated, complex with elements that we haven’t yet discovered. If you are reading this right now, the message is that we simply don’t know everything. We don’t need to. Having faith isn’t blindly believing in the unbelievable, it has restored faith in yourself to use the wisdom, the courage and the strength you have gained and turn what you are going through right now to your greatest strength.
No matter how much we think we can control things there will always be dimensions of our life experience where we have absolutely no control. This is where it feels like a freefall. Free will and karmic fairness flow through the universal waves and through us. Know that all things are synchronistic, from every low and every high there is a lesson to master. With karmic fairness, even the harshest of circumstances will yield soul and spiritual rewards. Our essence through DNA is eternally within the cosmos. How our DNA can create children in the physical world. Our DNA also generates life in all of physics too. We don’t have control over matters of fate.
The commitment, of course, is the cement of any relationship. We speak and hear of it often, but we both agree in a relationship that the level and understanding of it is balanced and just. That it is very fairly shared. Not divided.
Commitment is basically the pilot of the relationship, in charge of everyone and everything. When we see people committed to sports, music, science as examples we admire them. We forget that we have already made a commitment first to ourselves. To bring into our lives what is in our highest interests. We don’t have to make a commitment to anything other than ourselves. It’s not how fast we can run, make people dance or make them more educated. It’s about the growth within ourselves.
Being the best we can be and working like a team where both parties are bringing their absolute personal best to the relationship in a healthy harmonious way.
Always remember though, you are not here to be perfect.
Love and Light,
Gertrude
