By Anastasia: In my conversations with many of you, I’ve noticed a recurring theme: brokenness.
It’s a deeply personal and challenging state to navigate, touching us spiritually, mentally, and physically. Our world is a beautiful, messy, and sometimes fractured place, and every one of us experiences the highs and lows of life on this journey. But when we’re in the depths of brokenness, it can feel overwhelming and isolating—don’t you agree?
I want to remind you that you are not alone. Broken hearts can mend, and fractured spirits can heal. It takes time, reflection, and deliberate steps like talking through your pain, journaling, or spending moments in prayer and quietude. By giving yourself the grace to sit with your emotions, you create the space for healing.
Breaking to Become Whole
Everything that breaks you has the potential to remake you into a stronger, more authentic version of yourself. Time and again, I’ve witnessed this transformation in so many of you. Just when you think you can’t endure anymore, the fog lifts, support arrives, and the universe blesses you with renewed hope, love, and peace.
It’s often in the waiting—those moments when you shift your perspective or reframe your thoughts—that healing begins. This is why I frequently ask, “How can you make a difference in your brokenness?”
Sometimes, brokenness requires grieving—a lost love, a fractured relationship, or a life path that didn’t unfold as expected. These moments ask you to pause and listen to the small, steady inner voice reminding you that you’ve done your best, you are enough, and you have the power to pivot toward what’s next.
Letting Go to Heal
It’s natural to feel tethered to disappointment, pain, or loss, but staying in that space can limit your ability to move forward. Letting go isn’t easy—it’s an act of courage and trust. Whether it’s releasing a broken relationship, an unresolved family divide, or the remnants of an old job or dream, healing begins when you breathe into the possibilities of “what’s next.”
Sitting with your suffering long enough allows you to make a powerful choice: to release what no longer serves you. This isn’t an instant process. Healing is a journey—a journey of reclaiming lost parts of yourself and rediscovering your wholeness.
Why Brokenness Happens
Life’s challenges often act as a catalyst for rearranging and restoring the parts of ourselves we may have given away or forgotten. These broken moments help us grow, offering the opportunity to find strength, clarity, and a renewed sense of self.
If you’re navigating the weight of brokenness, I want you to know that I’m here for you. Together, we can explore your experiences and find a way forward.
A Final Thought
Be patient with yourself. Healing isn’t linear, but it is possible. Trust that peace, light, and love are waiting on the other side of this moment. Let them shine through, no matter the state you’re in today.
Peace for the day, and light for the way.
