By Rani: By the end of this article, you may come to realize something profound — that you’ve either lived many lives, just one, or perhaps this is your very first.
Whichever it may be, there are subtle signs all around you, especially from your earliest years, that can help uncover the truth.
Most people go through three intuitive stages when exploring their past lives. Interestingly, this process often begins before the age of seven. Childhood behaviors — such as pretending to be an animal, imagining yourself as a queen, warrior, or even a specific historical figure — can all be clues from a deeper, timeless part of you.
If this is your first life, you may notice that as a child, you acted out versions of your future. You were preparing, in a sense, for this current incarnation. On the other hand, if you’ve lived before, you likely acted out those lives in the order they happened — like a soul replaying memories.
For example, I used to constantly pretend I was a cat as a child — a creature deeply linked to ancient Egypt. I later experienced vivid visions tied to those lifetimes, long before I understood what they meant. These visions may feel like imagination, but they often stem from your soul’s memory.
Your imagination, especially in childhood, is a powerful portal. If you found yourself fixated on Ancient Rome, or frequently envisioned yourself as a knight, pirate, or Viking, there’s a strong possibility those weren’t just stories — they were soul echoes.
It’s not about simply being interested in these identities due to present-day influences. It’s about your present self remembering the freedom or power those lives gave you. In those times, people lived more fully, without the digital distractions and rigid systems of today. Life was raw, spiritual, and deeply connected to nature and meaning.
Others may offer you hints, too. Have people ever told you that you look like a Viking? That you have the energy of an Egyptian goddess? These aren’t just compliments — they can be validations. Pay attention. The animals you’re drawn to may also carry meaning. A deep connection to dragons, for instance, might mean you were once a dragon warrior in a mythic or symbolic lifetime.
During emotional or spiritual challenges, you may begin dreaming of these lifetimes more vividly. These are not random — dreams are messages. Watch for colors, shapes, and feelings that stand out. Every detail matters.
Even shapes can hold insight:
Circles: You may be connected to the future. Your soul could be looping back, or forward, in time.
Squares: Often indicate a first life, or a structured, earth-bound path.
Triangles: Suggest ancient, possibly mystical origins — a soul rooted in lost civilizations or priesthoods.
To uncover your past lives, tune in to what fascinated you as a child, what your dreams reveal, and what shapes, colors, and symbols draw you in. Together, they form a sacred map — your personal guide to discovering who you were before this moment in time.
