By Ann: There isn’t a single person on this planet who hasn’t experienced broken wings.
We’ve all lived through moments — some joyful, some painful — but what truly matters is not where we’ve been, but where we’re headed.
Waiting for something to happen can feel agonizing, especially when we want it now. That’s human nature — the desire to control outcomes, timelines, emotions. But when life takes that control away, we can spiral into anxiety, sleepless nights, obsessive thoughts, and emotional exhaustion. Whether you’re grieving a relationship, waiting for someone to return, or wrestling with unresolved conflict, the weight can feel unbearable.
But here’s something we often forget: human beings can also self-sabotage. You don’t have to be one of them.
You can’t force things to happen — instead, begin asking why certain things are happening for you. What if this delay is divine? What if you’re being redirected to something better? Practicing patience, trust, and faith can be far more healing than trying to control every outcome. The Universe (or God, if that’s your belief) is always working behind the scenes, even when it feels like nothing is moving.
And here’s a truth worth repeating: you were never meant to carry it all alone.
If you give your worries to God, or to whatever divine power you believe in, you create space for solutions to unfold. But you must wait. If everything in life were handed to us effortlessly, we’d never learn to appreciate the beauty of achievement or the depth of true love.
We’re here to grow, to love, to be grateful for what we do have — and to believe in what we’re striving for. I believe the saddest thing is leaving this world having never truly pursued your purpose, your dreams, your joy.
So ask yourself:
How many days have you spent worrying?
How many days have you allowed yourself to love?
How many days have you cried, without realizing you were never alone?
You may not see God — just like you don’t see the air you breathe — but His presence is always there. You feel it in the wind that rustles the trees. And you can feel it again in your life if you open your heart.
In over 50 years of doing this work, I’ve learned that timing is never exact — and stressing won’t make things happen faster. In fact, it only weighs down your spirit. So many of our struggles come from doubt, fear, and disbelief. Don’t waste your precious time worrying about what’s already working its way to you.
We all have broken wings — and sometimes, we meet others with their own wounds. Together, we can heal. Together, we can rise again.
Whether your pain comes from betrayal, heartbreak, loss, or simply feeling stuck — remember: you are not alone. Regardless of your faith or background, support is available, and here at LifeReader, there are many who can guide and support you. But even with that support, you must keep an open heart and mind.
You might wonder:
How do I live without stress?
How do I find love?
How do I manifest more abundance?
How do I build the life I want?
The answer begins with belief. Believe you are worthy. Believe it’s possible. Believe it’s on its way.
Then hand it over — to God, the Universe, Source — and allow them to guide you. Let them drive your car for a while.
Remember: even Jesus Christ had broken wings. He was crucified, yet remained faithful, patient, and surrendered — because He knew where He was going. He endured, and so can you.
You are not cursed. You are not unlucky. You’re just in a chapter — not the end of your story. And if something in your life isn’t working, ask yourself with honesty:
Am I being patient?
Am I acting with love?
Am I living in alignment with what I ask for?
The golden rule always applies: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
Be gentle with yourself. Be kind with others. And remember — broken wings still fly.
Love and light,
Ann
