On your spiritual path, you may suddenly find yourself being judged, lied about, misunderstood, or attacked simply because your light unsettles people who are operating from darkness.<\/p>\n

I call these people “Dark Walkers.” Psychology may label many of them as narcissists \u2014 individuals who lack empathy, accountability, and conscience. Spiritually, they are deeply disconnected from their higher selves and often feed on chaos, control, and emotional reactions.<\/p>\n

One of the hardest lessons on the spiritual journey is understanding that you cannot control the behaviour of Dark Walkers. People who spread lies and slander often do so to protect their own image, avoid responsibility, or punish anyone who challenges them. Narcissistic personalities are known for damaging the reputations of others when they feel threatened.<\/p>\n

Energetically, however, you do not need to fight every rumour or defend yourself to every person. Your peace is more valuable than proving yourself to those who are committed to misunderstanding you. Let them vent their anger and project their darkness. Your task is to protect your energy, continue your healing, and focus on your own purpose and path.<\/p>\n

Spiritually, the truth always reveals itself over time. The people who genuinely love and support you will remain in your life because they feel your heart and recognise your authenticity. Those who easily believe gossip, enjoy drama, or secretly support toxic behaviour may not be aligned with your highest good.<\/p>\n

Sometimes, the universe removes people from our path so we can clearly see who stands beside us in the light and who was only there conditionally. If someone truly values you, they will communicate with you directly instead of blindly believing rumours created by others. <\/p>\n

When you cannot control what is happening around you, you must choose how you respond energetically. Refuse to lower your vibration through constant conflict, revenge, or obsession over what others are saying. Protect your spirit. Stay grounded. Stay focused on your healing, your family, your work, your dreams, and your growth.<\/p>\n

Do not allow Dark Walkers to distract you from your destiny. Silence can be powerful, and sometimes walking away from toxic behaviour is the strongest spiritual protection of all.<\/p>\n

At the same time, being spiritual does not mean allowing people to destroy your livelihood or interfere with your professional life. If gossip, slander, harassment, or manipulation crosses legal boundaries, you have every right to seek protection through the law.<\/p>\n

Spiritual people are not weak. Light does not mean becoming a doormat for darkness. True spiritual strength is learning when to remain peaceful and when to stand firmly in your truth with wisdom, healthy boundaries, and self-respect.<\/p>\n

Remember: darkness often becomes loudest when your light begins to shine brighter. Stay aligned with your soul, trust your intuition, and let your energy speak louder than the lies.<\/p>\n
