Well, let’s dive into a recent escapade of mine that highlights the significance of something we often overlook: Shielding.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Picture this: A frazzled morning, rushing out the door with an appointment looming ahead. Sleep-deprived, and probably a little disheveled, I embarked on a journey that felt like an out-of-body experience. It’s like my consciousness decided to be a spectator to the whirlwind unfolding before my eyes. I hustled my way into a meeting, still in this oddly detached state, and then carried on with my day.<\/p>\n

But, hold on, things took an interesting turn during a coffee break with my hubby. Fast forward to the bus stop, and bam! There it was, a realization that hit me like a ton of spiritual bricks. I had completely, and I mean completely, forgotten to do my usual energy protection and bubbling routine. I was standing at the bus stop, and suddenly, the energies around me seemed to go haywire. It was like I had become the host of a wild talk show, where everyone wanted to share their energy with me, whether I liked it or not.<\/p>\n

By the time I made it home, I was physically and energetically drained. My body felt like a tender bruise, heart racing, and ears ringing. There was only one thing left to do: collapse onto my bed and dive into a deep, restorative slumber.<\/p>\n

So, what’s the moral of this quirky tale? Shielding, my friends, is more important than we often give it credit for. Just like we lock our doors to keep unwanted guests out, or wear sunscreen to protect our skin, we need to shield our energy from the constant barrage of energies we encounter daily.<\/p>\n

Whether you’re sensitive to energies or not, shielding can be a game-changer. It’s like putting on an energetic suit of armor that helps you navigate the bustling world while keeping your own energies intact. It doesn’t have to be complicated \u2013 a simple intention, visualization, or even calling upon your spirit guides can work wonders.<\/p>\n
