By Janet:<\/strong><\/a><\/em><\/span><\/span> Fluidity is the elegant flow or graceful flow of our spiritual unique self. That which is not settled or stable but flows within the ebb tides, within the magnetic field of the Universal flow of Life. Our Lifepath depends on it for our optimum experience on Earth as humans. It is a natural spiritual force field that has no fixed shape, yes it always yields to external pressure easily.<\/p>\n

\"1janet2\"<\/a><\/p>\n

To have our optimum existence, well being, we must seek to be consistent with our Life plan. Be vigilant in staying connected to our spiritual Lifepath and our spiritual connectedness with Nature itself. This assists to know whom we are, it gives us our Reality check in Life. When its\u2019 running at its best, it is our golden elixir of Life. We feel bountiful, abundant, loving, vibrant and in flow. When we are less than this, it sucks our energy, our vibrancy and fluidity in Life. Optimum balance of our physical well-being must of course be a major contributor. We as humans cannot do without our spiritual connectedness. How do you feel at the moment right now? How often do you check yourself.<\/p>\n

Maybe you have never done this before. That is ok. Now is a great time for you to start. Whatever you do, Whomever you are, We all need and must do this for our own understanding. Once a week is the best. Put aside some time to check up on yourself spiritually. Then if anything feels wrong or you feel sick, you can quickly seek spiritual help that is professional. If necessary, therapy and medical help to improve your well-being. This will help you to quickly get on top of it all and get to where you want to be. Most importantly, manifest what you want in your life a lot faster and in the right way.<\/p>\n

That is staying on your Lifepath. That is the only way to be. So how do you do this? It is an easy process. Select a quiet time for you. A quiet room that is private. Sit quietly and deep breathe, relax and again breathe nice and slow. Repeat three more times and close you eyes. Think, focus and feel about yourself spiritually. Surround yourself completely with beautiful white light. As you rest in your cocoon of light, allow yourself to float, to let go, to relax. Sense and feel about you that is good first of all. Now sense and feel that what is in you that is not so good. Allow it to reveal. It will take some practice. You can achieve this nicely in three months if you are consistent every week. Come through gently, open your eyes, relax and breathe gently. Write down some notes as you are ready to. Gently bring yourself back to the here and now. Allow yourself the gift of knowing you and whom you really are.<\/p>\n

Fluidity is in relation I believe to fluid, the abundance of fluid on Earth and within our bodies. The intake for all on Earth of water is part of our survival. The absence of water and the appearance of more dry dusty land breeds disease, hence, the COVID disaster as an example. Our contribution to Mother Earth is to contribute in the garden, in our community environment. Enrich your soul. It will heal your happiness factor and well-being. Connect more with Nature.<\/p>\n

Previous to that part time study online at Oxford University I passed my Writing skills, Metaphysics, Reality, Being and Existence
\nstudying with a Professor of Metaphysics. The Beginnings of Philosophy. I am currently studying Physiology the Human Body.<\/p>\n
